Bubbles are formed through a chemical reaction of two salts
Our wonderpotions syrups contain a natural algae, sodium alginate, which combined with calcium lactate, present in the wonderwater, creates a chemical reaction forming bubbles.
The process consists of a controlled gelation where the reaction between the two substances allows the creation of an external gel layer, retaining the liquid subject to spherification within it.

If I don't use wonderpotion and I fail to do the calculations in my personal preparation what happens?
